8-Week Course - Intro to Hand Building

Service Description

In "Intro to Hand Building" you will learn about the possibilities of clay outside of the wheel! Using techniques such as coil building, slab rolling, pinching, pulling and more, you will learn how to create forms and expand your knowledge of clay. The possibilities are endless! Each six-week session costs $315 per student and includes: - Detailed instruction and demos during your class time - "Open Studio" practice hours (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday 12-4, Thursday 4-9) - 25 pounds of clay, use of studio glazes, and free firings for pieces made in class - Tools are not included but a basic kit can be purchased at your first class

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your class. No refunds will be processed if under 7 days prior to your class, but your class may be rescheduled to another date. We cannot offer a refund or reschedule your class with less than 24 hours notice. In case of a last-minute rescheduling request due to COVID-19, please contact us via phone as soon as possible.
