Six Week Course - Intro to Wheel

Service Description

*This Saturday course will be fully interpreted in English/American Sign Language but it also available to the hearing community. In "Intro to Wheel" you will be guided weekly through the process of creating pottery from start to finish. Beginners, this class is for you! If you have taken a class before but are struggling with centering, pulling walls, or throwing a cylinder, this class is a great refresher to sharpen those skills. Each six-week session costs $235 per student and includes: - Detailed instruction and demos during your class time - "Open Studio" practice hours (Tuesday and Saturday 12-4, Thursday 4-9) *Instruction and ASL interpreting will not be provided during these hours* - 25 pounds of clay, use of studio glazes, and free firings for pieces made in class - Tools are not included but a basic kit can be purchased at your first class

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your class. No refunds will be processed if under 7 days prior to your class. In case of a last-minute rescheduling request due to COVID-19, please contact us via phone as soon as possible.
