BOOKINGS FAQ
HOW DO I BOOK FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON?
If you are booking for more than one person, there will be a drop-down list to select the number of participants on the booking page.
*If there is no drop-down list to select more than one participant, that means there is only one spot remaining on the date you selected.*
WHEN IS YOUR NEXT EIGHT-WEEK CLASS SESSION?
We host our eight-week classes on a rolling basis, usually with a 2-week break in between. Our schedule for 2024 is as follows:

SESSION ONE: Week of January 1 - February 25

SESSION TWO: Week of March 18 - May 12

SESSION THREE: Week of June 3 - July 28

SESSION FOUR: Week of August 12 - October 6

SESSION FIVE: Week of October 21 - December 15
WHEN CAN I SIGN UP FOR THE NEXT EIGHT-WEEK SESSION?
We open registration for our courses about one month before they begin. Sign up for our email list (at the bottom of the page) for an update a few days before registration begins!
Spots can fill quickly, so you'll want to register right away.
I TOOK A ONE-NIGHT CLASS. WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY POTS?
Your pots will be ready for pick-up three weeks following your event (whether a one-night class, private event, or private lesson).
We are open Tuesdays 12-4 PM, Thursdays 4-9 PM, and Saturdays 12-4 PM. Feel free to drop in!
We will hold your pots for pickup for three months following your event.
OOPS! I NEED TO CANCEL.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY?
Bookings canceled 7 calendar days or more prior to the class or event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received after this time - but at least 48 hours prior to the class - are not eligible for a refund, but may transfer their booking to another applicable date or find a substitute student to take their place.
If cancelling an 8-Week Course between 48 hours and 7 days prior to the course, a substitute must be found for a refund to be issued.
Yellow Door will not refund or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice.

Classes may be rescheduled one time after the original booking.
I NEED TO MISS A WEEK OF MY 8-WEEK COURSE. CAN I MAKE UP THAT CLASS?
Yes, as long as it's within the same calendar week.

We use the same syllabus across our classes of a specific type (i.e. Intro to Wheel) so that students missing a class can "drop in" on another class during the week if needed!

Each "week" runs from Monday - Sunday in our course schedule.

If you need to drop in on a class, please email us to notify us which class will be missed, and which class time you plan to attend. We cannot guarantee that a wheel will be available to use during the class you attend, but you'll be able to watch the demonstration for the week.
